"First we must understand how a riot develops in the first place. A riot is a crowd that takes aggressive and illegal actions as a reaction to fear or anger."

Yes, this is what the police do. They get scared easily and angry even more easily.

They get scared and hyped up and lash out, as they have been trained to do. They also frequently take illegal actions.

"The crowd takes on a mob mindset and does things they normally would not do because the crowd makes them anonymous. Being anonymous and seeing the actions of the others makes them feel like they can damage, burn or harm whatever and whomever they want."

The police hide their idendity frequently in crowd control situations. They have done so for over 30 years in the UK. The frequency, consistency and history of this tactic leads me to believe that it must be a valid policy taught to the police. Thus they feel they can damage and hurt who ever they want.

"Once the situation is at a breaking point, almost anything can set it off. An incident that angers one group can immediately turn them against another group of people. Sometimes an actual incident isn’t even required and it may just a rumor that spread through a group to turn anger into a violent outburst."

The group normally identified in this situation is the police. They very frequently start violence for no reason.

Just my thoughts and critique.

Card and cheque fraud will continue to grow until banks implement ID KEY system.

ID KEY which will have Card Key Code matching individual card or cards will reduce card fraud to virtually ZERO at retail outlets and ATMs because fraudsters will not be able to obtain this invisible and changing to new value after every transaction code required for activating transaction.

Why would fraudsters get tempted to use stolen or skimmed cards when they know that unless they have the right ID KEY they will not have option to enter PIN number to conclude transaction? This system will eliminate the need for us to use CHIP on cards and even protect our PIN numbers.

Image and name retained on ID KEY will activate printer to print ID sticker (small sticker with image and name printed on it) at any transaction point. This will enable us to personalise our signatures to deter identity fraud.

Details on this honesty restoring system which banks have been ignoring since 1994 are on website www.xwave.co.uk

As the thieves become more and more cunning we should also be more careful how we conduct our daily lives. The more of a digital trail we leave the more likely we are to become a victim.

Dealing in Cash and other forms of non-digtal commerce can help but it is inevitable to have to do some type of digital transaction. It is good to have identity theft insurance or some type of credit monitoring that is done on a regular basis.

Great point about the heat rating not being the most important thing. It's critical to get the mixture right so that it penetrates the skin quickly.
